A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration. The deposit is refundable up until August 8th, 2026 – 6 weeks before the retreat. After this date your deposit is non-refundable.
Any cancellation made between August 8th – August 29th, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Any cancellation made between August 30th and the trip departure (September 19th, 2026) will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your money is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
