How do I know this is right for me?
Who Is This For?
Our retreats are for men and women who are ready to quiet inflammation, restore energy, and give their bodies the conditions to heal. It’s for those struggling with chronic discomfort, extra weight, food cravings, fatigue, brain fog, or the feeling that their body is working against them — and who want a peaceful, nourishing reset through carnivore meals, nature, movement, meditation, and deep rest. While we don’t promise to cure illness, this retreat is designed to support the body’s natural healing process and help you return home feeling clearer, stronger, and more in tune with yourself.
Who is this NOT for?
This retreat is not for anyone seeking a medical cure, emergency care, detox, or a substitute for professional treatment. It may also not be the right fit if you are unwilling to follow a carnivore/ketovore food plan, participate respectfully in a small group setting, spend quiet time in nature, or take personal responsibility for your healing process. Restore & Renew is supportive and restorative, but it is not a hospital, rehab center, or quick-fix weight-loss program.
