Our Mission
Panama Wellness Retreats is a sanctuary for women who know their bodies need a reset and their spirits want a softer way to heal. In the green cradle of El Valle, we blend ketovore nutrition to calm inflammation and balance the nervous system with energy healing, spiritual practice, nature immersion, plant medicine ceremonies, and intentional group work. This isn’t just a getaway—it’s a structured space to let the body repair, release emotional weight, and remember its original blueprint for health.
Here, you’re invited to slow down, nourish deeply, and rewrite the beliefs that keep you in stress and survival. With supportive facilitators, healing foods, and the medicine of the jungle, you start feeling like yourself again—clear, grounded, and purposeful.
What We Offer
We offer two main retreat paths: healing & restoration retreats for women dealing with illness, inflammation, fatigue, or metabolic imbalance who want a supportive environment to reset their bodies, and sobriety & alcohol recovery retreats for women ready to change their relationship with alcohol in a compassionate, non-clinical setting. Both retreats blend nutrition, nature, and guided inner work—each tailored to the level of support you need.

Return To Radiance
Adventure calls from the moment you rise. You start with a powerhouse ketovore breakfast—savory meats, eggs, mineral-rich broth—built to calm inflammation and fuel your cells. Then it’s out into the jungle, where the air hums with life and bright birds streak through the canopy. You chase waterfalls, laugh through river plunges, and let the volcanic valley of El Valle work its quiet medicine.
As the day softens, you gather with other women around a table piled high with sizzling, nutrient-dense local food. Stories are shared, hearts exhale, nervous systems settle. This isn’t restriction, punishment, or recovery from one thing—it’s a full-body return to aliveness. Here, you’re not escaping life, you’re embracing it.
For those who feel called, we also offer two optional ayahuasca plant medicine ceremonies with an experienced, trauma-informed shamanic team. Held with medical screening, careful preparation, and guided integration, these ceremonies open a deeper doorway into the subconscious and spiritual realms—supporting you to meet old patterns, receive insight, release emotional and energetic weight, and anchor a clearer sense of purpose, self-trust, and connection to something greater than yourself.

A Journey To Wellness and Self Love
Hello beautiful healers and seekers. I’m Kelly McLoughlin, your retreat leader and founder of Panama Wellness Retreats.
I’ve spent most of my adult life in the healing arts—supporting people to get sober, release excess weight, calm inflammation, and most importantly, change the subconscious patterns that kept them stuck. Through hypnotherapy, education, and nutrition (especially metabolic/healing foods), I’ve watched women reclaim their energy, their confidence, and their God-given design for wellness.
Yes, sobriety is part of my story too. I know what it’s like to use alcohol to cope, to feel ashamed afterward, and to wonder if freedom was for other people. That’s why I create spaces that are compassionate, not clinical—places where you can admit what hurts, rewrite the belief behind it, and actually heal.
My retreats are built for women who are ready to restore—whether that’s from alcohol, burnout, illness, or years of self-neglect. You’re not broken. You just haven’t been given the right environment to heal in.
Kelly is also the owner and founder of FlowerChild LLC, a Washington-based CBD company operating since 2014, offering high-quality, full-spectrum CBD and CBG oils, tinctures, and salves.
